Processed and acceptance different location usps?
i recently bought an item off ebay and the guy sent it out already-thing is he lives in new york and i live in new jersey and it says the item is was accepted in NY but was processed and left their facility in tamp florida. the seller did not know why this happened and he even sent me a picture of the receipt station it was from new york to new jersey so i already know this is usps fault. i dont get it please explain it to me:

It means USPS messed up and have sent it to Florida, it has been scanned in at a facility down there 2 days after he mailed it.
If he addressed it correctly it should make it back to you. If not, it will eventually make it back to the seller.
The other alternative is he's given you the wrong DC number & that one is for another customer in Fl.
If he created the label in Paypal it should be easy for him to check. Also if he did that & you paid by Paypal, tracking should be visible on your payment receipt in your Paypal account.
